The 2013 CrossFit Games kicked off on Wednesday March 6th with workout 13.1. If you want to learn more about CrossFit and what it is then just click on the link, if not well just enjoy the pictures from my box, Northwest CrossFit. At the last minute I decided to enter the Games and compete in the Open. Not sure what I was thinking but I had a lot of support from the people I workout with and if anyone knows if I can do it, they do. Here is 13.1 and here are the pictures from a fun day one. By the way, I ended with 134 (so I got through my 30 snatches at 75lbs and did 4 burpees) Not bad for an old lady :).
