Crossfit Open 14.1 & 14.2 | Seattle Photographer

With over 500 images over the two weeks of competition I'm narrowing it down to these few.  It was hard to choose, I wish I could put them all up.  NW Crossfit Ballard has done an awesome job of making this years open a really fun time for their members.  They've got an amazing DJ, some delicious BBQ on the grill, me :), and some of the best spectators any athlete would want to compete in front of.  They have three more weeks to go, so stay tuned for more action at this box.  All of the pictures have been posted here. Workout 14.1 | Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:  30 double-unders, 75/55-lbs power snatches, 15 reps.

Workout 14.2 |  For as long as possible -  From 0:00-3:00 2 rounds of: 10 overhead squats, 95/65lbs, 10 chest-to-bar pull ups. From 3:00-6:00 2 rounds of: 12 overhead squats, 95/65lbs, 12 chest-to-bar pull ups.  Follow same pattern.
